Haskell has admitted Dallaglio is his "role model" |
Wasps flanker James Haskell is confident the club can continue their success after the retirement of former England captain Lawrence Dallaglio. Dallaglio, 35, who played at Wasps for his entire career, retired from playing after Saturday's 26-16 Premiership final win over Leicester. Haskell, 23, told BBC London 94.9: "I try and do my best, I'm looking forward to the challenge. "There's big shoes to fill but I'm excited by the challenge." Haskell believes Wasps talented squad can do well, even without their talismanic skipper. "I think [Tom] Rees is one of the biggest number sevens in the world, we have a great team, a great set of boys and a determination to always win."
