London Irish have agreed a new three-year contract with hooker David Paice that will keep him with the Exiles up until the end of the 2013/4 season.

The Australia-born front row joined the Exiles' academy in 2003 and was part of the under-19 side that won the National Cup that season.

Since then he has made 136 appearances for the Irish first team.

Paice has also played for England Saxons and gained a full international cap against New Zealand in 2008.

London Irish head coach Toby Booth said: "I have worked very closely with David since he first joined us in 2003.

"He is an accomplished lineout thrower and is great in the loose. We are all delighted that he will be with us for a further three seasons."
