Geordan Murphy could be out for three months

Leicester backs coach Matt O'Connor has said that the Tigers have the squad to cope with their lengthy injury list.

Geordan Murphy dislocated his shoulder in the 20-20 draw with Bath and joins Toby Flood, Sam Vesty and Alesana Tuliagi on the long-term injury list.

O'Connor told BBC Radio Leicester: "We don't need too many more broken bodies, but we'll still put out a very competitive side."

Leicester host Worcester in the Premiership on Saturday.

O'Connor added: "It's just a matter of getting the combinations used to each other.

"A number of blokes have played in the back line who haven't played a lot of football together.

"Scott Hamilton is a Test standard full back, so he'll do a job for us there."
