Gloucester to keep Burns, Qera, Sharples and Trinder
Qera has scored 12 tries in 42 appearances for Gloucester.
Gloucester have secured four of their first team squad on new contracts that run until 2012.
England Under-20 internationals Charlie Sharples, Henry Trinder and Freddie Burns are joined by Fijian Akapusi Qera in signing new two-year deals.
Head coach Bryan Redpath told the club's website: "Qera brings real dynamism to our back row. He carries well and scores plenty of tries.
"He works hard and he's still keen to learn and develop his game."
Sharples is currently Gloucester's top try scorer and Burns, who has recently returned from calf surgery, scored a try in the friendly against Australia at Kingsholm in November.
Trinder faces another month on the sidelines after being injured in the match against Leicester in November.
"It's important that as a club we develop and retain the best talent," added Redpath.
"Sharples, Trinder and Burns have so much potential to play a big part in Gloucester's future.
"Freddie has stepped in at fly half this season and showed maturity beyond his years, Charlie can't stop scoring and Henry is a class act in the centre.
"They all have things to work on but they're all committed to improving their game and I hope they'll be a feature of Gloucester sides for many years to come."
