82 mins: The Baa-Baas have the final word as Lam marks his final Twickenham appearance with a try in the right corner. Van Straaten misses conversion.

42 mins: Half-time Baa-Baas replacement Josh Kronfeld infringes at a ruck and Walder extends England's lead to 20 points with a well-struck penalty.

45 mins: England reassert themselves with a fourth try just before the interval. A charge by captain Phil Vickery does the initial damage, and Walder chips through for full-back Michael Horak to claim the touchdown. Walder converts from in front of the posts.

42 mins: Lomu launches a stirring Baa-Baas try from his own 22, with Cullen sent haring to the line. Simpson-Daniel stops the full-back with a marvellous tap-tackle but Cullen pops the ball up for Montgomery to touch down. Van Straaten adds the conversion.

35 mins: England wing James Simpson-Daniel shows devastating pace and confidence as he performs a dummy-scissors with Christophers to bamboozle Montgomery then steams round Lomu to touch down in the right corner, despite a last-ditch tackle from Cullen. Walder misses the conversion from wide out.

33 mins: Scrum-half Agustin Pichot takes a quick tap-penalty close to the England line, and fly-half Braam van Straaten sends Jones over in the left corner. Van Straaten misses the conversion.

31 mins: The Baa-Baas start to build some momentum for the first time but are repelled by superb England defence, Appleford knocking Alatini's scoring pass to Jones into touch.

26 mins: The impressive Codling claims a smartly-worked line-out and feeds rampaging hooker Steve Thompson, who wades through three weak Barbarians tackles to score England's second try. Walder adds the extras.

21 mins: The Baa-Baas injury woes continue as replacement Castaignede becomes the third player to limp off with a hamstring injury. Percy Montgomery enters the fray in his place.

20 mins: England swiftly capitalise to score the game's opening try through flanker Jamie Forrester. Two switch moves in the back-line find the Gloucester man in space down the right, and he sprints home from 60 metres, cutting inside Lomu for good measure. Walder converts to give England a healthy early lead.

18 mins: Pita Alatini and his All Blacks colleague Cullen combine sweetly to set the Baa-Baas on the attack, but the move breaks down when new captain Ian Jones

15 mins: Cullen's counter-attack allows Jonah Lomu a first trademark charge at the England defence, but lock Hugh Vyvyan hauls the giant wing down.

13 mins: Captain Todd Blackadder becomes the second Baa-Baas player to be forced off as he limps off with a hamstring injury to be replaced by Pat Lam in the back row.

9 mins: England win turnover ball after a crunching tackle by Alex Codling on Cullen, but first Appleford, then scrum-half Andy Gomarsall, waste opportunities to create an overlap on the outside.

5 mins: French centre Stephane Glas is stretchered of with a hamstring injury, to be replaced by compatriot Thomas Castaignede in the visitors' line-up.

3 mins: Walder and centre Geoff Appleford combine neatly to send wing Phil Christopers away down the left, but the Bristol man is halted by Baa-Baas full-back Christian Cullen's tackle.

1 min: The Baa-Baas are penalised at the opening scrum and England fly-half Dave Walder calmly strokes over the resulting kick at goal.
