Lansdowne Road
Saturday, 2 April
Kick-off: 1715 BST
Leinster's Shane Horgan and Gordon D'Arcy have been declared fit for the Heineken quarter-final with Leicester.
But, while Horgan will play on the right wing, D'Arcy is expected to be among the replacements as he continues his comeback from a hamstring injury.
Leicester will start with Sam Vesty at full-back with Geordan Murphy moving to the wing for the dropped Austin Healey.
England duo Graham Rowntree and Lewis Moody also return in the front and back rows respectively for the Tigers.
Leicester, twice Heineken Cup champions in 2001 and 2002, are England's best hope of a place in the semi-finals as they target a record third triumph.

But they face a demanding test against the competition's top seeds, who won all six of their pool matches. It will be the seventh Heineken Cup meeting between the sides since 1996/97, when the Tigers won 27-10 in Dublin.
Both sides have won three times, with Leicester emerging victorious when they met in the quarter-finals three years ago at Welford Road.
The Tigers appear to have a slight edge up front, but captain Martin Johnson - who will be playing his 50th Heineken Cup match - dismissed any notion that Leinster are vulnerable in the forwards.
"Leinster have got a very good forward pack, with some good runners and, obviously, a tremendous backline.
"You don't get dominance in games like this, you get a slight edge and if we can get a slight edge in various parts of the game we'll be happy with that."
Leinster have twice reached the semi-finals before, in the tournament's first year in 1995/96, and again two years ago, when they failed to perform in Dublin and lost out to surprise finalists Perpignan.
Captain Reggie Corrigan acknowledged his side must have faith in their own ability if they are to progress to the last four. "It is a very big challenge for us and I am hoping that home advantage might give us just the lift we need to make it through to the semi-finals," he said.
"The main thing is that we have to believe in ourselves otherwise there is simply no point in even turning up."
Even then, they will encounter a Leicester side intent on farewelling Johnson, Neil Back and coach John Wells in style.
"All that matters is winning," Johnson added. "It doesn't matter about me or any other milestones for that matter. Winning is our sole aim and our only focus."
