Two-time winners Harlequins kick off their European Challenge Cup bid with a pool four clash against Connacht. The first round of matches are set for the weekend of 20-22 October with 1998 Heineken Cup winners Bath facing French club Montpellier, also in pool four.
Newport Gwent Dragons host Bayonne in pool one, Saracens face Glasgow Warriors in pool two while Newcastle host Petrarca Padova in pool three.
Bristol host Romanian representatives Bucuresti in pool one.
French sides Clermont Auvergne, who won the European Challenge Cup in 1999, and 1997 Heineken Cup champions Brive both travel to face domestic opposition in tournament debutants Albi and Montauban respectively.
