1632: Referee Nigel Williams blows his whistle after five minutes of injury-time to signal the end of Leinster's Heineken dream and the first all-French final.

1630: With Leinster throwing everything at Perpignan inside the last minute, Gordon D'Arcy drops a pass on halfway to waste the home side's last chance.

1628: Two minutes into injury-time, Nathan Spooner brings Leinster within a converted try with a well-struck penalty.

1625: Perpignan are camped on the Leinster 22 and replacement hooker Marc dal Maso is driven over from a rolling maul for a clinching try. Manny Edmonds converts to extend the lead to 10 points.

1617: Perpignan continue to exert pressure on the Leinster line as Christian Warner is forced into a hasty clearance.

1612: Leinster suffer a major blow as Brian O'Driscoll limps off, to be replaced by Australian stand-off Nathan Spooner, with Christian Warner moving to centre.

1610: After winning a scrummage, the visitors fashion an equalising try for wing Pascal Bomati, who collects a chip over the defence to score in the right corner. Manny Edmonds hits an upright with the conversion.

1609: Manny Edmonds puts Perpignan back on the offensive when he collects his own chip ahead.

1604: Leinster produce an instant response as Denis Hickie comes into the line with a decisive burst and releases Gordon D'Arcy for the game's opening try in the right corner. Brian O'Meara misses the conversion.

1603: Perpignan stand-off Manny Edmonds brings the scores level with a superb drop goal from barely a metre inside the Leinster half.

1555: Leinster drive at the Perpignan line and the visitors' hooker Michel Konieckiewicz is dispatched to the sin-bin for careless use of the boot. Brian O'Meara kicks Leinster back in front with a penalty in front of the posts.

1551: Perpignan launch a wave of attacks at the Leinster line but Brian O'Driscoll steals the ball from Bernard Goutta's grasp to snuff out the danger.

1547: Within 30 seconds of the restart, Perpignan create a platform in the Leinster half and wing Frederic Cermeno lands a superb 40m drop goal to level the match.

1524: A half-break from Perpignan centre Pascal Giordani creates further pressure on the home side before the French stray offside at a ruck.

1521: Leinster star Brian O'Driscoll causes concern as he goes down heavily after a clearing kick, but hobbles back into the fray after treatment.

1518: Perpignan wing Frederic Cermeno intercepts a pass on his own 22 and kicks ahead to the Leinster line, but Denis Hickie's speed sees him reach the ball first and prevent a try.

1516: Perpignan flanker Lionel Mallier, only on the field for five minutes, is sent to the sin-bin for a blatant offside offence.

1515: Leinster fly-half Christian Warner tries to pin Perpignan back with a raking kick, but it bounces dead.

1512: Brian O'Meara attempts a long-range penalty from 50m, but pushes the kick narrowly wide of the posts.

1511: Perpignan captain Bernard Goutta is forced to leave the field with blood streaming from his face, to be replaced by Lionel Mallier.

1509: Referee Nigel Williams warns Perpignan about persistent offending and Brian O'Meara belatedly gives Leinster the lead with a thumping penalty.

1504: The French side launch a dangerous attack down the left flank and Leinster are penalised for offside. Perpignan elect to kick to touch but waste the line-out.

1458: Perpignan continue to frustrate Leinster as No 8 Victor Costello is penalised for holding on in the tackle.

1457: A spell of tactical kicking ends when Perpignan wing Frederic Cermeno spills Denis Hickie's hopeful punt ahead.

1454: Leinster fly-half Christian Warner sparks another attack and again Perpigan concede a penalty. But Brian O'Meara scuffs another attempt wide of the target.

1452: Leinster lay siege to the Perpignan line and the French are penalised for not rolling away at a ruck. But Brian O'Meara pulls his kick at goal wide from the touchline.

1450: Leinster scrum-half Brian O'Meara kicks off after a five-minute delay.
