Possibly the pick of the overseas players moving to the Premiership for the new season is New Zealand's most-capped prop of all time, Greg Somerville. The 18st 2lb powerhouse, who can play both tight-head and loose-head prop, will join Gloucester at the end of the year once the All Blacks' European tour finishes. Now 30, Somerville has been a mainstay of the dominant Crusaders side in the Super 14 and has won 64 caps for the All Blacks. He follows in the footsteps of a number of fellow All Blacks who have made the move to the Premiership in recent years including Carl Hayman, Luke McAlister, Aaron Mauger and Rico Gear.
