Esher must not panic, says hooker James Campbell

Esher RFC

Esher hooker James Campbell says they must maintain their composure to secure their Championship future.

The Surrey side have lost their last two games and lie second in the four-team relegation Pool C.

The 27-year-old told BBC Surrey: "We need to not panic. You don't become a bad team overnight.

"We need to keep to our game plan and our execution must be better. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll be a Championship team next year."

Esher face a trip to Plymouth Albion, who have already clinched safety, before finishing at home to bottom side Birmingham and Solihull.

Campbell added: "We need to keep our composure in the next two games.

"We'll get two wins and be here next year."
