Esher hooker James Campbell says they must maintain their composure to secure their Championship future. The Surrey side have lost their last two games and lie second in the four-team relegation Pool C. The 27-year-old told BBC Surrey: "We need to not panic. You don't become a bad team overnight. "We need to keep to our game plan and our execution must be better. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll be a Championship team next year." Esher face a trip to Plymouth Albion, who have already clinched safety, before finishing at home to bottom side Birmingham and Solihull. Campbell added: "We need to keep our composure in the next two games. "We'll get two wins and be here next year."
