Coventry stunned Redruth with a superb second-half revival to secure victory at the Recreation Ground. Tries from Nathan Pedley, Nick Jackson (2) and Richard Brown put Redruth 26-14 ahead, with Ben Russell and Tom Harris going over for Coventry. Harris quickly added two more tries after the break, with Sam Herrington also touching down twice to put the free-running Coventry ahead. Redruth's sole score in the second half came from Jackson. The defeat leaves the Reds within the National One relegation places, two points adrift of safety, while Coventry are now ninth in the standings.
Redruth coach Tony Cook told BBC Cornwall: "It's disappointing to have a game like that where we think we're in control and where we don't close it out. "I'm sure we'll look and that game and see some positive stuff, but there was some poor aspects as well. "All the boys are absolutely devastated as they realise it was four points thrown away."
