Three University of Exeter students have been given places in the England women's Under-20s squad. Sarah George, Amber Reed and Lucy Demaine have all been called into the England set-up to prepare to take on France on 27 February, 2011. Demaine, from Liskeard in Cornwall, said: "We are delighted to have been selected for the England Under-20s. "We all play for the University team and we will now be spending weekends training for the national squad." Demain has previously captained the England Under-18s side. Exeter University's assistant director of sport, Nick Beasant, said: "To gain international recognition is a fantastic accolade for any athlete. "And to have three students selected from our Women's Rugby High Performance Programme positively reflects on both the players as well as the coaching team."
