 Bright scored one try for the Pirates last season |
Launceston have made their first pre-season signing, bringing talented young winger Richard Bright to Polson Bridge. The 20-year-old spent last season at the Cornish Pirates, but was released at the end of the campaign. Bright, who had a spell at Mounts Bay in 2008, started five games for the Pirates last term, while also making five appearances from the bench. Launceston have also announced that centre Lewis Paterson has left to join Munster's Academy side. Paterson, 20, made 12 appearances for the Cornish All Blacks in National One last term.
