Plymouth Albion fell just short of becoming only the second team to take points from Meadow Lane this season. Albion led 6-0 at half time through two penalties from Alex Davies. The hosts hit back with 13 points in five minutes before Davies took Albion to within a point of the hosts with two more penalties. Rory Watts-Jones' try helped the visitors to a 19-13 lead, but Jack Cobden's score was converted by Greig Tonks to give Nottingham victory.
