Jonny Bentley opened the scoring for the Pirates

Four first-half tries were enough for Cornish Pirates to hold off a Rotherham Titans fightback.

Jonny Bentley crossed the line in the first minute, with a Richard Bright score and a penalty try extending the home side's lead.

The Titans hit back with three scores of their own, but Paul Devlin's try secured Pirates a bonus point.

Tom Allen forced his way through the home defence in the last minute, but Pirates held on for the win.
