Redruth won at Nuneaton to secure their first victory of the new season, scoring four tries to pick up a crucial bonus point. In the first period Mark Richards and Lewis Vinnicombe crossed the line for the Reds. Flankers Fraser Cliverd and Herbie Stupple then added two quick tries after the break, with Mark Scrivener kicking the extras. Elliott Brown scored two tries for Nuneaton, with another for Ben Avent.
