Bay and Launceston fought out a tough battle at the Mennaye |
Launceston joint head coach Chris Brown has criticised his side after their last-gasp 19-15 win over Duchy rivals Mounts Bay. The Cornish All Blacks needed a Sam Hocking try in the final minute to secure the win, and with it all but condemn Bay to relegation. The win keeps Launceston in fifth place in the National League Two table. "I was fairly disappointed with the level of skill that we showed," Brown told BBC Radio Cornwall. "I think we enabled the game to descend into a dog-fight because we didn't deal with hungry Bay players in and around the contact area," he added.
