The Cornish Pirates enjoyed a comfortable victory over Esher in National League One as they ran out the victors by 19-3.

Rhys Jones gave them an early lead with two penalties and wing Brian Tuohy added to the points with a fine breakaway try.

Pirates scrum-half Nick Griffiths then kicked ahead for full-back Adryan Winnan to touch down.

The Pirates defence restricted Esher to a solitary Neil Hallett penalty.
