Nottingham Rugby have announced that Bob Pruden, the most capped player in the club's history, has died aged 75. Pruden, a Nottingham-born front row legend, made 430 appearances for the Green and Whites between 1950 and 1972. He made his debut for the club at Stroud on 11 April 1950 and captained the side 34 times. A club spokesman said: "It is unlikely that his record will be beaten in the modern era and he will be remembered fondly by all at Nottingham Rugby."
