Nottingham Forest striker Joe Garner is hoping for a place in the Reds' next league game after getting match action in a friendly against Ireland.
Garner played the second half in Forest's 2-0 defeat against a Republic of Ireland XI on Thursday.
He told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I'm very happy to be back out on the pitch. It's a bit of a shock but I'll be all right when I get going.
"Hopefully, I'm back fit now and there'll be no more injuries for me."
