Notts County manager Ian McParland says his side are still a "mile off" what he hopes to see at Meadow Lane.
The Magpies are 11th in League Two after an unbeaten run of eight matches but McParland is calling for more.
"We're still a mile off the finished article, where we want to be", he told BBC Radio Nottingham.
"I'm not being negative but we have to know where we are. It's encouraging the way we've been playing and I knew results would come".
The Magpies' next game is at home to fourth-placed Brentford on Monday.
