Mounts Bay were thrashed at home by Birmingham & Solihull in National League Two on Saturday.

The Cornish side are still looking for their first win at the higher level and were not helped when Brett Stroud was sent off in the first half.

Ollie Faulkner got the Bay's only try in the second half, while Josh Matevasi scored a drop goal.

Birmingham's Rob Connelly and Cameron Mitchell both scored a hat-trick of tries, while Simon Hunt scored two.
