Launceston have completed the signing of Cambridge number eight and captain Glen Remnant for their forthcoming National Two campaign.

Remnant, 33, has a wealth of experience having played in the English Premiership for Rotherham.

He has also played NPC rugby in New Zealand for Bay of Plenty and was part of the Waikato Super 12's squad.

Launceston are hoping to two bring in two more new players to Polson Bridge within the next three weeks.
