Cornwall captain Josh Lord and centre Steve Perry have re-signed with the Cornish All Blacks for next season.

"Josh is an immense figure in Cornish rugby and we are delighted that he has committed his future to the club," said joint head coach Jon Hill.

Perry, who stood in at fly-half for Scott Ireland after his broken leg, has also agreed to stay despite the club's relegation to National Two.

"He is clearly capable of playing at a higher level," Hill said.
