Mounts Bay target Bristol loanees

Mounts Bay

Mounts Bay President Michael Leah says he will meet with Bristol coach Richard Hill in the hope of securing some loan signings for next season.

"We're looking for a second row and a perhaps a full back," Leah told the BBC in the south west.

Mounts Bay won National Three South last season, their seventh promotion in eight years, to rise to their best-ever place in the national rugby standings.

Their promotion means they can now loan players from Premiership sides.

RFU rules state that a player can only be loaned out to a club a maximum of two division below the one he is registered with.

The club are also set to become a limited company within the next month as they look to establish themselves at a national level.
