Tim Mathias is the only player from the south west to lose his place in the England Counties team for their second match against a USA select side. The Mounts Bay forward is not in the starting line-up or among the replacements for the match on Monday which is in New York. But Launceston flanker Steve Pape has kept his place in the side as has Plymouth Albion's Mike Denbee. England Counties beat the USA select side 27-3 on Friday evening.
