Jersey Rugby Club have announced the signing of their new coach just days after winning promotion into the London One division. Former England Sevens player Ben Harvey will take over from Barry George who returned to New Zealand last weekend. Originally approached to play for Jersey by captain Kern Yates, he has been in the island for three months working with the backs. "I saw the potential here and took them up on the offer," Harvey said.  | There's an awful lot that's right with the club Jersey Rugby Club coach Ben Harvey | He told BBC Radio Jersey he wasn't planning to make any dramatic changes to the club. "There is a certain level of professionalism here already and there's an awful lot that's right with the club. "It's not about a revolution or anything like that. It's about moving the club forward and giving them direction in terms of how professionalism should be done." He added: "We need to make sure we're developing the youth on the island and bringing them through and making them more professional in their outlook, and that's what I'm determined to do."
