Fijian winger Rupeni Caucaunibuca has been named in the Pacific Islanders side to face Scotland at Murrayfield. The man Scotland captain Chris Paterson rates as the best attacking player in the world missed Saturday's 38-20 defeat by Wales in Cardiff.
Glasgow Warriors prop Justin Va'a is relegated to the bench along with former Border Reivers flanker Semo Sititi, now with NTT Docomo Kansai.
Scotland started their autumn test series with a 48-6 win over Romania.
The Pacific Islanders were at the same time being outclassed by Wales.
But the Scots expect a tougher challenge on Saturday from a side containing CauCau, also described by Paterson as "one of the biggest impact players the world has seen in a long time".
The Fijian had missed the match in Wales because of a mix-up over his passport.
Meanwhile, more than 15,000 tickets have been sold for Saturday's game.
It follows criticism of the SRU following the 12,000 attendance for the game against Romania.
Scottish Rugby's Ticket Centre manager, Colin Douglas, told its official website: "Business is brisk both for this Saturday's match and for next week's match against Australia."
