It is fantastic to be back with the England squad after my knee ligament injury.
The knee is feeling good and it has been very exciting running around injury-free this week.
I was absolutely distraught when I limped off against Perpignan at the end of October.
It was very frustrating to get injured a couple of weeks before the autumn internationals and with Wasps playing big games in Europe.

The first news I had suggested it was a lot more serious and, although I am a reasonably upbeat person, there are times where certain things dawn on you.
I was a bit depressed at that stage but the scan showed the knee was better than we thought.
The New Zealand game last Sunday was my focus but sometimes things don't work out as you think.
It is very disappointing not to be involved from the start against Argentina this weekend but this period is not just about developing 15 players, it is about developing a squad to take England forward.
I am not really used to being on the bench, and I don't mean to sound arrogant, but I will prepare for this game exactly the same way as if I was starting.

We have had the grunt and the physicality but blending an element of creativity and playing challenging rugby is what we have been missing.
But to make yourself a great team you also need a high level of accuracy and execution, and that is where we let ourselves down against New Zealand.
The All Blacks are the best team in the world by quite a way and they showed how ruthless they are by capitalising on our mistakes.
That is something we have to have take into this weekend's game against Argentina.

But you have to do the basics first and that means lowering the error rate.
There is no way we are underestimating them; Argentina deserve to get the most credit in world rugby considering the limited resources they have.
Rugby is an amateur game in Argentina but they are always challenging the best teams and that says a lot about their natural ability, mentality and pride.
If we are looking to develop rugby into a world game, they should be included into a senior international competition.
I take my hat off to their achievements. Any team that can beat France in Marseille is a serious outfit.

As for England, we are not thinking about the run of defeats. It sounds like a cliche but you have to take one game at a time.
People say it is a must-win match but they all are.
At this stage it is about establishing a squad and a way of playing the game that is going to give England the chance of going for the big prize at the World Cup next year.
