Warrington's Chris Hicks positive ahead of Leeds clash
Hicks scored a hatrick of tries against Huddersfield on Saturday
Warrington full-back Chris Hicks has said he hopes his side can continue their good start when they face Leeds at Headingley on Friday.
The Wolves sit second in Super League - two points behind leaders Wigan.
Hicks told BBC Radio Merseyside: "We've only lost three games this year, so hopefully we can keep the roll going.
"We'd love to get one over Leeds this weekend and really give them a good run. We're finding that consistency, too, which is pleasing."
Despite Warrington aiming to add further misery on last season's Super League champions, Hicks does admit his side will have to work hard if they are to leave Yorkshire with the points.
"We're confident and we will be going into every game expecting to win," Hicks added. "But, we're playing the champions at their house, so it's going to be a tough gig.
"To go up there and think we're going to win easily would be the wrong thing to do. We're expecting them to come out firing like they always do.
"But with our team we're capable of winning, so hopefully we can go up and do it."
The former Manly and Penrith man says he has been impressed with they way coach Tony Smith has used his squad this season as they look to build on last season's Challenge Cup success.

He also admits more games are played in this country in comparison to his native Australia.
"There's a lot of games to play over here and it's a long season," the 33-year-old continued.
"Tony Smith has been rotating our squad around, so blokes are getting a rest here and there, and some of the young boys are getting a chance to impress as well.
"We're not in too bad a position as we've only got a couple of long-term injuries. Hopefully, Jon Clarke will be back soon and that is going to give Tony some more selection headaches."
