Richie Myler scored twice for the Wolves |
Warrington scrum-half Richie Myler says the side are in great spirits after recording a second successive win of the season by beating Castleford 28-16. "We've got a great team spirit and we want to play for each other," Myler, 19, told BBC Radio Merseyside. "We've got a good forward pack and our forwards work well. We've also got some classy backs to finish things off, so that bodes well for the future." Wolves are currently second in the Super League behind Wakefield. Myler added that Warrington are looking to better their points total this season and the win against Castleford showed they are cutting out sloppy play. "We knew Castleford were going to be a tough side," he said. "We knew they were going to put a good defence against us and we had to break them down. "They've got some good youngsters and we just stuck to what we were going. "I think that's what we're trying to be about this year, trying to be ruthless in defence and not giving away cheap try's and winning those tight games."
