Rovers chairman Neil Hudgell has been in control for six years
Hull KR chairman Neil Hudgell thinks the club's future looks bright after announcing they are to build a new stand at the north end of Craven Park.
Hudgell told BBC Radio Humberside: "We feel that we can get 10,000 people regularly but facilities have to be right to achieve that.
"Our ambitions are that we want to be a top side and that's our main emphasis."
After signing Australians Blake Green and Willie Mason Hudgell now wants to concentrate on the club infrastructure.
He added: "The North Stand is part of that but it's not the only part.
"We feel we need to develop the other end of the ground and the training facilities at the back and we're not there yet but it is an historic milestone for us."
