Agar's Hull are 11th in Super League |
Hull FC head coach Richard Agar believes his side can still reach the Super League play-offs. Hull currently sit 11th, four points adrift of the top eight after their 24-18 defeat at neighbours Hull KR, and host in-form Huddersfield next. "I think we can still do it and we take confidence from the performance at KR," Agar told the BBC's Super League Show. "With the fixtures left I think we have a good chance and there will be plenty of twists and turns to go." Hull's inconsistent season could be put down to their vast injury list, but the club are finally seeing some good news on that front. Agar added: "For the Catalans game we should have four or five key players back. "That will strengthen our hand in terms of selection and bring some real quality back. "We've had a sizable chunk of our squad out during the season and they always seem to be long-term injuries. I don't think we've had any under six weeks."
