Godwin has just returned from three months out with a broken leg
Bradford Bulls hooker Wayne Godwin says the club have not given up on reaching the Super League play-offs.
The Bulls have lost their last four games to leave them seven points adrift of the top eight.
"We aren't going to roll over and give in," Godwin told BBC Radio Leeds after the 32-12 defeat at Hull KR on Sunday.
"You can either lay down or fight, and fight is what we have decided to do. You never know what can happen with a few wins."
Godwin added: "We are gutted not to get the result at Hull KR because we felt we could win.
"We've lost this one, but there is still a good few games to go and we need to bounce back against Wigan next week."
Godwin has now played two and a half games since his return from a broken leg that kept him out for three months.
"I'm not happy with my performance at the moment as I feel off pace, not physically but rugby-wise.
"The leg is sweet and I feel good, but when I haven't been on the park for a bit my football smartness needs to improve and I need to get my confidence back.
