Bradford have been dealt a blow with the news that centre Jason Crookes will miss the rest of the season. The 19-year-old damaged knee ligaments against Wakefield on Easter Monday. "Jason is a young player who had just got himself on the edge of the first team. It's very disappointing," said Bulls coach Steve McNamara. Bradford, with just two wins this season, have also lost full-back Kieran Hyde, who has a broken scaphoid and will be out for up to eight weeks. "There's no doubt these injuries are a blow for us but we will just have to cope with them with the players who are available," added McNamara. The four-time Super League champions are languishing second from bottom in the table after losing six of their nine matches this season.
