Championship One side Workington secured a shock 22-14 win against Championship side Whitehaven in the Northern Rail Cup on Sunday. Despite trailing by 6-4 at half-time, after a try from Haven hooker Graeme Mattinson, Workington stormed back in the second half with three tries. Scott Kaighan notched a brace to go with his five conversions with Neil Frazer running home the other. Craig Calvert scored Haven's second try, with Carl Rudd adding the extras.
