Stevenage Borough kept alive their chances of holding onto the FA Trophy with a hard earned quarter-final win against Workington.
They went behind in the first half when Phil McLuckie waltzed through the defence and beat Chris Day in goal.
A curling left-foot strike from Stacy Long early in the second half saw the holders draw level, and they laid siege on the Workington goal.
Long sealed it in added time, when he bundled the ball in from close range.
Stevenage manager Graham Westley told BBC Three Counties Radio: "We got what we expected. Their work ethic is phenomenal and you know what it is like when a side have got only one thing to play for.
"It took a massive effort from our players to get back into the game."
Westley paid tribute to the second-half performance of two-goal hero Stacy Long, saying: "He is capable of being a match winner as he was in the second half. He was phenomenal in the second half and showed the standards he can deliver.
"They are the standards that I have got to demand from him, because I am not happy with the first half, delighted with I saw in the second half. Consistency wins things, inconsistency doesn't."
