Jersey's swimming coach is predicting medal glory for the youngest team member at this year's Island Games.
Katy Glendening, aged 14, will compete in the 800m freestyle, with coach Nathan Jegou tipping her for success.
Jegou said: "Katy is second seed at the moment. And for a young girl of 14 she should do pretty well and pick up a medal."
He also has high hopes for Katy's older sister Emma, who is making her second appearance at the games.
He said: "Emma was the youngest competitor for Jersey last time. You always do better at your second games, because the first one is all about experience. She should get into the finals."
The sisters have been training 18 - 20 hours a week in preparation for the games.
