David Carry and Todd Cooper narrowly missed qualification times for next month's World Championships at the final trials in Swansea on Saturday. Carry, who qualified for the 400m freestyle on Friday, missed out on the 200m event, while Cooper was just shy in the 100m butterfly.
No swimmers added their names to the 13 who have already made the GB team.
Three qualified on Friday after 10 had acquired the necessary times at the trials in Manchester in March.
Cooper was devastated after missing out on Montreal.
"I thought I was going to light one up tonight - I thought I would go much quicker than that," said the Stirling swimmer.
"The qualification time was well within me - it just didn't happen.

"I need to sit down and figure out why - I am totally bemused."
By contrast, Rebecca Cooke was more than content with her evening's work as she recorded an emphatic victory in the 800m freestyle.
Cooke, who clocked 8 minutes 31.12 seconds, had already attained the qualification time in Manchester in March and is top of the world rankings.
"I am really pleased that this year I have been very consistent with my times and I have got very close to my personal bests in the spring," said Cooke.
"Leading up to the World Championships I think I am going to be able to do a better time."
The world 800m bronze medallist will also race in Sunday's 400m freestyle, with herself, Joanne Jackson and Kerri-Anne Payne all battling it out for one spot.
Caitlin McClatchey qualified for the event in Manchester.
Sunday also represents a final chance for Katy Sexton to earn the right to defend her world 200m backstroke crown after her winning time of 29.39secs in the 50m fell outside that required.
It will also be Mark Foster's last chance to qualify for the 50m, while James Gibson and Chris Cook vie for the final spot, alongside Darren Mew, in the 100m breaststroke.
James Goddard will attempt to qualify for the 200m backstroke.
