Two of the UK's best squash players will be in Falmouth on Saturday, taking part in a series of exhibition games. Daryl Selby, the world number 24, will be joined by Joey Barrington, who is currently 28 in the world, at the Falmouth Sports Club. The pair will line-up against Cornish players for a series of one-off games. Barrington is the son of legendary squash player Jonah Barrington, who won the British Open crown six times between 1967 and 1973. Pete Lockrey, the chairman of Falmouth Sports Club, told BBC Cornwall that the town has a strong tradition of squash, despite its relative isolation from the rest of the sporting world. "We've got a very strong squash community in Falmouth," he said. "Over the last 20 years we've been running a squash academy the result of which is that some of the players that were bought through the community are now nationally ranked. "For a club that's way out west, that's quite an achievement," Lockrey concluded. The action gets underway at 1930 BST on Saturday evening at the Falmouth Sports Club.
