Matthews first played for Goonhavern Girls FC aged 10
Cornish teenager Jasmine Matthews has been selected for the England Under-17 girls' training squad in August, after impressing at their first camp in May.
Matthews, from Redruth, will now take part in a smaller training session with a reduced squad.
The three-day training camp, which runs from August 17-20 in will cover all aspects of football from attacking and defending to healthy eating.
Matthews has previously played for Truro City Girls and Goonhavern Girls.
