Defending champions TeamBath finished the regular Superleague season with a 100% record after a 61-36 win at Team Northumbria on Saturday. They won all 14 of their matches and will now face second-placed Mavericks in the play-offs on 26 May.
Mavericks consolidated their place by beating Celtic Dragons 59-23 on Friday.
Brunel Hurricanes sealed a convincing 53-32 win over Leeds Met Carnegie to earn home advantage for their play-off clash with Loughborough Lightning.
Loughborough gave themselves a boost with a 55-32 win over Northern Thunder.
The play-offs start on 26 May with the Grand Final taking place in Guildford on 9 June.
