Ndur twice helped Blaze win the Elite League (Mark Tredgold)

Defenceman Rumun Ndur is the latest export to leave the Coventry Blaze after the club confirmed they would not be renewing his contract.

The Canadian spent two seasons with Coventry although injuries restricted his appearances last term.

Blaze coach Paul Thompson said: "He gave us great presence in the locker room and gave all he could.

"I have enjoyed working with him immensely over the last couple of seasons and I wish him the very best."

With Neil Martin having already departed, Adam Calder and Trevor Koenig are on the verge of completing deals in Denmark.
