Michael Jarvis, who took the feature Prince of Wales's Stakes with Rakti, completed a 47-1 double when Celtic Heroine landed the day's final race.
The Listed handicap over the straight mile developed into a match in the last furlong between Celtic Heroine, ridden by Kevin Darley, and Kieren Fallon on Coy.
Celtic Heroine, owned by British Horseracing Board chairman Peter Savill, proved the stronger to win by half-a-length.

Trainer James Bethell ended his 27-year wait for a second Royal Ascot win as Mine narrowly prevailed in dramatic race to the line.
Richard Quinn forced the six-year-old home in the dying strides to beat Able Baker Charlie.
Several horses were in with a chance after the field split into two groups, but Mine prevailed by a head.

The winner led two furlongs out and quickly went clear to power ahead of Powerscourt and Ikhtyar.

Champion jockey Kieren Fallon added to his opening day success on Iceman with a convincing win aboard Favourable Terms in the inaugural running of the Windsor Forest Stakes.
The victory gave trainer Sir Michael Stoute the 47th Royal Ascot win of his career, while well-backed favourite Crimson Palace trailed down the field.
American jockey Gary Stevens had a lucky escape as Chic clipped the heels of another horse and nearly hit the deck, but emerged unscathed.

Frankie Dettori notched his second win of the meeting as Kheleyf returned from a 257-day absence to score.
The three-year-old colt was a beaten odds-on favourite in the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot in 2003, but made no mistake for trainer Saeed bin Suroor this time.
Dettori timed his run perfectly to cruise past favourite Fokine, with Kheleyf's stablemate Cartography back in third.
