All the action from the fourth day of the world's most glamorous race meeting.1730 Buckingham Palace Stakes
Seven furlongs
1 Attache (P Robinson)
2 Hurricane Floyd (G Stevens)
3 Mine (J Spencer)
4 Takes Tutu (K Dalgleish) 25-1
Despite carrying top weight of 9st 7lb and being drawn 30 of 30 (on the far side of the track, which is supposedly an unfavourable position), Attache thunders home for victory.
Attache sets sail for home early on and holds off Martin Pipe's runner Hurricane Floyd, who runs down the stand side.
The Queen's horse, Green Line, was sent off favourite but finished unplaced.
It is another good result for punters, who had plunged on Attache before the race.
1655 Queen's Vase
Two miles
1 Shanty Star (K Darley) 7-2f
2 Singleton (T Quinn) 10-1
3 Cruzspiel (F Berry) 14-1
The grey Shanty Star wins an exciting race to give trainer Mark Johnston his fifth win of the meeting.
Four or five horses are in with a shout as the field reaches the closing stages of the race, which is the longest of the day.
Shanty Star looks as if he may have got himself boxed in but battles round the outside to land victory by length.
Unlike the three previous days, it is turning out to be a bad day for the bookmakers as another favourite comes in.
1620 Wolferton Rated Stakes
1m 2f
1 In Time's Eye (P Smullen) 5-1
2 Persian Lightning (P Eddery) 12-1
3 Akshar (M Kinane) 7-2f
At last there is something for the Irish to cheer about as they land a first winner of the week after a series of disappointing displays.
In Time's Eye, which had been 16-1 just hours before but had been heavily backed leading up to the race, holds off a strong challenge from Pat Eddery on Persian Lightning to win by a neck.
Favourite Akshar is 2 lengths further back in third.
1545 Coronation Stakes
One mile
1 Russian Rhythm ( K Fallon) 4-7f
2 Soviet Song (O Urbina) 9-2
3 Mail The Desert (S Drowne) 14-1
Russian Rhythm becomes the first filly since 1979 to achieve the 1,000 Guineas-Coronation Stakes double.
After a good early pace set by stablemate Fantasize and the Mick Channon-trained Mail The Desert, Russian Rhythm moves ahead at the two-furlong marker.
Second favourite Soviet Song tracks her but Russian Rhythm proves too strong and finishes 1 lengths clear, provoking loud cheers from backers of the filly, who had sent her off the odds-on favourite.
It is also a welcome change of fortune for Kieren Fallon, who picked up a one-day ban in the previous race.
1505 King Edward VII Stakes
1m 4f
1 High Accolade (M Dwyer) 5-2f
2 Delsarte (K Dalgleish) 3-1
3 Summerland (J Fortune) 25-1
High Accolade wins the race known as the Ascot Derby to give trainer Marcus Tregoning and jockey Martin Dwyer their second successes of the week.
Despite the fierce early pace, all of the eight-strong field have a chance coming into the home straight.
High Accolade lets his rivals fight it out at the front before making his move in the final furlong to win by two lengths.
The connections of the winning horse collect 29,000 - ample reward after they supplemented High Accolade for 12,000 before the race.
1430 Albany Stakes
Six furlongs
1 Silca's Gift (S Drowne) 5-1
2 Tolzey ( L Dettori) 100-30f
3 Malaica ( T Gillet) 8-1
A one-two for trainer Mick Channon in the first race of the afternoon - which is for juvenile fillies - but it is an upset as Silca's Gift overturns favourite Tolzey.
Silca's Gift takes up the running in the final two furlongs and draws away to score a comfortable victory by three lengths.
The French-trained Malaica comes third after an unlucky run which sees her boxed in and forced to check before beginning her final thrust for home.
The victory is compensation for Channon's stable jockey Steve Drowne who was jocked off the winner of the St James' Palace Stakes earlier in the week.
