Pearl of Love quickened away from the rest with a furlong to go to win the last race of the day by just under two lengths.
The favourite drew a lot of late money and did not disappoint the favourite backers with a comfortable win.
Tycoon came out of the pack to mount a challenge but it was too late.
Aidan O'Brien's youngster was still a length-and-a-half down at the line with Milk It Mick a similar distance back in third.
1655 Ascot Stakes

3 It's Definite (Jimmy Quinn) 66-1
4 Establishment (Frankie Dettori) 9-1
Bottom weight Sindapour chased home a loose horse to comfortably win the Ascot Stakes, with top weight Landing Light in second.
Dean Corby was ejected from Jasmick but the horse ran on and led home Sindapour to win by a couple of lengths.
It was trainer Martin Pipe's fifth victory in the two-and-a-half mile race.
1620 Royal Hunt Cup

Macadamia made the most of a low draw as she pulled clear in the last two furlongs to win by a length-and-three-quarters from Camp Commander.
Macadamia was ridden by Dane O'Neill, who only picked up the ride from Jonny Murtagh after his fall on Tuesday.
1545 Prince of Wales's Stakes

Nayef stormed to a convincing victory in the Prince of Wales's Stakes.
The five-year-old, trained by Marcus Tregoning, hit the front a furlong out under Richard Hills and quickly pulled clear of his rivals to take the Group One prize at odds of 5-1.
Rakti ran a superb race to take second, two and a half lengths behind, with Islington a further length away third.
1505 Queen Mary Stakes

3 Majestic Desert (Darryll Holland) 10-1
Attraction became the first winning favourite at the meeting when she landed an easy victory in the Queen Mary Stakes.
The 13-8 shot burst out of the stalls and was soon in the lead. Kevin Darley managed to get her on to the stands rail and, although she hung towards the centre of the track, she was always in control.
The Mark Johnston-trained filly galloped on strongly to take her record to four wins from four starts by beating her only challenger, Catstar (7-2), by three lengths.
Majestic Desert (10-1) was a further five lengths away.
1430 Jersey Stakes

3 Rimrod (Martin Dwyer) 14-1
American rider Gary Stevens took the honours with a surprise victory on Membership in the opening race at Royal Ascot on Wednesday.
Partnering his fourth ever Royal meeting winner, he brought veteran trainer Clive Britain's charge with a well-timed run to lead just inside the final furlong.
The 20-1 shot came home two-and-a-half lengths clear of the 2-1 favourite Arakan, with Rimrod (14-1) a neck away in third place.
