CCV maintained their perfect record at the top of the JSAD Wheelchair Basketball Challenge table after an 8-7 win over JEC Bright Sparks on Monday. The top-of-the-table clash could have gone either way right up until the final whistle as the two unbeaten teams traded blows at Les Quennevais. The league's top scorer, Gavin Glaser, hit all seven of JEC's points. Chris Coates hit four points for the winners while Chris Brewer and Darren Wetheridge got two points each. It means CCV are now five points clear at the top of the table with Bright Sparks, who have a game in hand, in second on seven points. Next Monday's match sees the two sides without a win, Airport Engineers and G14, play each other.
