The Great Britain men's wheelchair basketball finished in fifth place at the World Championships in Holland thanks to a 65-49 win over Sweden. GB recovered well from their quarter-final loss to Holland to beat Japan 55-43 in the first match to decide fifth to eighth place.
But they struggled early on against the Swedes and were 12 points down at one stage in the first half.
They recovered after the interval with Simon Munn top-scoring on 17 points.
Their tough defence also held Sweden to just five points in the final quarter while Terry Bywater, Jon Pollock and Colin Price also found the basket for some useful scores.
Against Japan, GB made a good start and were 14-6 up after the first quarter.
Although Japan battled back, Britain's experience helped them to victory, with Terry Bywater (16 points) and Simon Munn (14) leading the way.
