Great Britain lost 57-53 to host nation Holland to crash out of the World Wheelchair Basketball Championships at the quarter-final stage. The Brits, who underperformed all week, led 29-23 at half-time but were made to pay for a series of missed chances.
Wednesday's win in Amsterdam was sweet revenge for the Dutch, who had lost out to Britain in the battle for bronze at the Athens Paralympics in 2004.
Holland will face the USA in the last four, with Canada meeting Australia.
Britain will attempt to finish their campaign on a high by beating Japan on Thursday in the play-offs for 5th-8th place but they will have to brush up on their shooting.
GB coach Dave Titmuss was left to rue his side's poor accuracy against Holland, lamenting: "We had 18 three-point shots and only two dropped."
Terry Bywater top-scored for the Brits with 13 points.
