Alessandro Petacchi has won his third stage of the Tour of Spain in six days. The Italian won Saturday's eighth stage between Tarragona and Lloret de Mar heading off Norway's Thor Hushovd and Italian Paolo Bettini in a sprint.
Spain's Roberto Heras finished outside the leading pack but stayed as overall leader for a third straight day.
